Verso Skincare – minimalist skincare from Stockholm

Verso Skincare is a Swedish brand for active-ingredient-focused skincare, founded in Stockholm in 2013. It was founded by Lars Fredriksson, who deliberately keeps the range minimalist and relies on a few well-tolerated ingredients. At its heart is the brand's own active ingredient, Retinol 8.

Philosophy: fewer, but effective ingredients

According to the brand, Verso does without unnecessary ingredients as well as mineral oils and parabens. A defining feature is the active ingredient Retinol 8, based on retinyl retinoate, a vitamin A derivative. The lip serum is applied in the morning and/or evening. It visibly reduces fine lines and wrinkles and prevents lipstick from feathering. Discoloration is minimized. Lips become smoother and intensely hydrated. The high retinol content of all VERSO products provides you with maximum care and effectiveness. They are a wonderful alternative to prescription retinol products. Although the formulation minimizes the side effects of retinol, it may cause occasional skin tingling or redness, especially during the initial application phase due to the high concentration of active ingredients. This is not a sign of intolerance. Use the products every other day for the first 2 weeks to allow your skin to adjust gradually.
