Step 1: Facial Cleansing
The first and perhaps most important step of sustainable skincare is regular facial cleansing, which should be done daily morning and evening with a cleansing product suited to your skin type. It's also important in the morning, as the skin regenerates overnight and secretes sweat and sebum.

Step 2: Exfoliation
An exfoliant frees the skin's surface of dead skin cells that dull the complexion. Fresh, clear skin can better absorb subsequent skincare products and retains its natural glow. Exfoliation also stimulates the renewal of skin cells, which slows down with age. That's why it's an ideal anti-aging treatment in the fight against skin aging.
