Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

(A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly cannot be attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity.)

Withdrawal Policy

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day:

• on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods, provided that you have ordered one or more goods under a single order and they are delivered together;

• on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last good, provided that you have ordered multiple goods under a single order and these goods are delivered separately.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Organicpharma.club UG, Op de Hoof 16 - 25482 Appen, Telephone: 040/53933133, Email: info@schoenheitsberatung.de) by means of a clear declaration (e.g., a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive the notification of your withdrawal from this contract.

For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment method that you used in the original transaction unless explicitly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged fees for this repayment.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. Please send items you wish to return exclusively with tracking via DHL Parcel to:

(The distribution center is located in a shopping mall, and shipments are often left in random shops and can no longer be found)

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value results from handling them in a way that is not necessary to ascertain their nature, properties, and functionality.

Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:

• for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for which an individual selection or specification by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;
• for the supply of goods that may perish quickly or whose expiration date would soon be exceeded;
• for the supply of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon at the time of contract conclusion but which can be delivered at the earliest 30 days after contract conclusion and whose current value depends on market fluctuations beyond the trader’s control;
• for the supply of newspapers, magazines, or illustrated periodicals, except for subscription contracts.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts:

• for the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal was removed after delivery;
• for the supply of goods that, after delivery, were inseparably mixed with other items due to their nature;
• for the supply of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal was removed after delivery.
