Use 1-2 times a week, for a very thorough exfoliation on dry skin, for a milder exfoliation on damp skin. Massage the scrub in circular motions all over the body, treating dry areas a bit more intensively. Rinse off with lukewarm water. Pat the skin dry with a towel.
