The highly pigmented cream-powder formula glides smoothly over the skin and quickly sets to a velvety-soft finish for a long-lasting, smudge-proof look, without the need for a primer. The creamy texture can also be easily blended with fingers. The round tip is perfect for broad shading and highlighting, as well as perfectly outlining the upper and lower lash lines to add depth to the eye. To open, remove the cap and twist the pencil. To avoid breakage, do not over-twist. For storage, twist the pencil down until it clicks and put the cap back on.
